he did some nice shit and jumbed all over the place, but really in a normal life when do you need all this crap. I will like to do the stuff he did but without practicing till I get it, it is not worth it to me. Hey a good sleep after work is more fun to me than all this.

but got MUCH bigger and better at the end.. pretty cool

The guy is indeed good, but not the best. Just take a look at www.chasearmitage.com an you will see a REALLY GOOD guy doing freerun and wushu. Besides he looks far better :P

I've seen much better videos of this kind. Most things this guy does aren't so difficult.

Besides the flips, saltos, ... Most things can be done by just about anyone who's can jump a bit. I could do most of the stuff he did, besides all the flips. The flips require actual practice, the jumps require nothing but a bit of coordination and good jumping legs (Doesn't actually require training either, there are 2 different kind s of fiber or muscle or something, short ones and long ones. You are usually born with either good short ones or good long ones. Short ones allow you to perform better in short activities like jumping far or high, or sprinting short distances, ... While the long ones will give you some advantage in activities that take a longer time like running long distances.)
