The nosebleed you refer to switches sides when her head is aimed a different direction. It looks to me that there is a bright light above her that is causing a shadow on her nose. Notice the shadows her chin makes on her neck, and her arms make on the car behind her, as well. It's just an unfortunate lighting setup. Other than that, I have no idea why she's speaking SL or even who she is. I just stopped by out of curiosity.
