if someone was ill, he shouldnt be thinking about his illness! because that is going to create more and more illness. he should picture himself in a healthy body. becasue believe it or not "as you think, so you become" and thats what the secret is all about.. think about it

You probobly have heard this before, but your mind; the human brain is more powerful than you think, even if you dont know how to use that power, it's still working 24/7! you need to be focusing more on the things you want, not the things you dont want.
