For starters the US govt didn't discover anything, they confiscated it.
Secondly, Tesla was already well aware of what all his inventions were capable of and these claims were voiced long before the inception of HAARP.
Third, the authors mixed numerous inventions to create a "monster".
Forth, the bouncing you are referring to was actually done across the earth's core, from crust to crust, creating the largest man-made lightning bolt (over 120') and it used so much power it melted two generators before Colorado Power shut off his experiment. Granted, he was in the middle of tuning it for resonant frequency which would have theoretically created a source of continuous power in which he could draw off of for his (get this) "bigger" experiments, ie death rays and earth's climate control.
Even though the book is based on some true facts about Tesla, it also makes far reaching conclusions with numerous misconceptions.

Joe, you tell me that I have to read more than one book in order to understand Tesla. So would you also tell me that I need to be a doctor, or pathologist to know that poison kills? Or for that matter to even be able to recognize the 'happy Jack'? How 'bout Edward Teller, the father of the H-bomb? Do I have to read books on his persona to recognize the devastation of his device? Some of the things I've seen on T.V. about Tesla were pretty convincing. For example, he attached a small device to the steel framework of a high rise being built in New York one day, and just held it there. The building started to quake so badly, the iron workers scrambled down thinking an earthquake was happening. Before the police could be called, he quietly pocketed his device, and walked away. But he almost leveled that skeletal building shell with a sympathetic resonant frequency. He'd mapped out the earth's resonant frequency too. Something like 7.8 hertz. By emitting a sympathetic resonant frequency at the ground, he can create an earthquake on that spot just as easily.
So thanks for your poo poo disclaimer, but when you see that the U.S. gov't locked down his estate so tight when he died, that the only thing that went thru it was air, and of course they stole every paper of his they could get their hands on, it doesn't take a seer to see that they're utilizing his inventions, and others, to meld them into a superweapon. So like I said earlier, you can believe you'll go to the fridge for another beer, but I know this thing exists, with the difference being, that at least I'm brave and bold enough to say it.

You believe what you want to believe, but I'm going to believe the sinister side of what this book reports. There's too big a preponderance of evidence to merely blow it (the H.A.A.R.P. project) off as chaff. The book lists the patents and devices utilized in the system, and goes to great lengths to explain their workings. Since there's never been a weapon built by man that hasn't been used on man, my opinion rests with the evil heart of Big Brother going for control. Raytheon is the 3rd defence contractor to 'operate' the project, and they're major black ops players. I'll list where in my next reply to the blindman that tells me to wear a tinfoil hat 'cuz I'm a 'conspiracy nut'.

Do some descent research on Tesla and his inventions before you cry "wolf" with only one reference.

read below at some of the correct statements. it was an underground nuclear test. you can even find it at many seperate governmental sites. it is no secret what it was and why it was done. read up buddy. as for your resonating frequency bull...pick up a physics book. yes everything has a resonating frequency, unfortunately though for your theory though, ground is composed of many seperate minerals and layers of rock/clay/water etc. they all have different frequencies that you speak of. thus any resonating frequency that you found of the ground below you wouldn't make it much more than a few feet away to where the composition of the soil changed to where it was no longer effected. man retard....get a life or learn something before you speak of it.

Vonzarelli, I agree with Joe.. do you have ONE source other than the book (and a Televisions how) that can prove you can defy all the laws of physics etc. on Earth? What you are saying makes absolutely no sense.

Plus, you make numerous attempts to degrade others who disagree with you.

This video is from a 5 megaton underground nuclear test in 1971, nicknamed Project Cannikin. It was detonated in the Aluetian islands, 1400 miles west of Anchorage to test a ABM (anti-ballistic missle) warhead. The ground surface waves were equivalent to a 6.8 -7.0 earthquake on the richter scale. The test ended up being futile, as the ABM treaty banning these weapons was signed the next year, in 1972. And the test cost the U.S. $200 million bucks!
