I don't think that what happen was true,it was all prepared like a film in between all of them , if somebody pay attention about the computer screens, he moved up 2 computer screen and through,but in real u cannot remove them like this because it should be connected with a thumbscrew to the computer and from the screen side it is entering the screen core and it can't be torn , so it was prepeared and not connected to the computers to do this film.It could be a reclama for some demands about relax at work or something similar to show that the employee can hurt his colleague and even his boss so they should be carefull because they could be victims.

Sometimes we go berzerk when your day has been really hectic, bosses and other work mates sometimes dont make it easy on you as well and when the pressure is up it does not take long to explode, we sometimes do things and regret it afterwards, its just the wrong timing and the wrong place at the wrong time, trust I was him too. we never wanted it to happen it just did.so be easy on each other and you see what happens if you dont.

Is with the men in that office.? I mean I know he was out of control but there are some moments captured here that you can clearly see that 3 or 4 of them could have wrestled him to the ground and have sat on him .Instead one of them makes sure he stays in the action enough to capture it on his cell phone. What a loser. I hope he reads this. He should be fired along with the maniac. The employees had access to the same weapons that the maniac did, so they could have clobbered him with something also. Had he been stopped earlier people may not have been hurt.

There is in fact a lot of interesting stuff going on here beyond the guy smashing up the office. The main point of interest for me is the woman he hit on the head early on. What I mean is that unlike many others she did not flee and instead stood there between the desks moving backwards and forwards. I am not sure if she knows him and is trying to pleed with him or if more likely she is instead in a state of shock which would be little surprise seeing his violence so close to her. The other main point of interest were all the "cowards" hiding up the back who suddenly moved forwards to get a better view only after he was taken down. In all a wonderful example of human responses towards violence.

If it is did you see that idiot recording with his camera and not giving a hand to his partners trying to stop him.....

Look carefully-- he threw the monitor at her monitor but she got hit in the ricochet. Then she just sits there a moment. Her colleague has her press something on her head-- perhaps to stop some bleeding. Don't think he meant to hurt her but he did.

It just goes to show you that if you lose your cool you can hurt people whether you mean to or not.

when you put a lot of empleeys like this in one crowded and smal place and bad managers this will happend they should band the way you stuff employee's like this and give them some privet place they could work with less stress !

Fake (because of many things, 1 of them is about 'the objects environment' is fake and we are in 2008 and for those monitors and Pcs are so old fashion and so cheap too but at the same time how those technologies have a wireless keyboard and screens as well).However, yaa it's a good message to our company to settle down a little bit and re-try to be almost fare with the management things and the employees in between. But about the film director (it's a good way to direct this film. Even though, nothn new and it's a Traditional film acting but still effect on the people and the entertaining within.
