  played one hell of a game against a numerically superior club. even though their lone goal was a self goal, that doesn't matter. it is still a goal. they dominated italy except for the one goal, and the last 20 minutes or so, but you play with 8 other men against 10 and see how well you do. especially when those 10 men play for one of the top teams in the tournament this year. pack of lambs my ass. they didn't show up against the czechs, but they did against the italians. peace.

  I have never witnessed a game like this in a tournament of this class. Franz Beckenbauer said: "Well it's not a chess game." referring to 3 red cards. The fist red was a definitely one. What then occured was madness. It was a rough game, but everbody here was on the side of the US, they fought like lions and deserved to win, there is a slight chance left for the "eights". Let's not talk about the czechs game,it was like an empty shell of their former performance.

  it wasn't a beautiful game that is for sure, but the previous guy was saying they played like lambs against the czechs and i was saying they played like lions against the italians. if italy beats the czechs, and maybe the US beats ghana, then we will have to play brasil, and that is not cool. not cool at all. for one, i am from america, ergo that is my team, but i also really like brasil, so, i have serious doubts that america can win the game, but stranger things have happened, my main worry is, i just hope the US plays them a good game, and doesn't get blown out. all of this of course is speculative, because, italy still has to win, as well as the US. so until this happens, all else is futile. peace.
