Hey, I'm new to this, but ya...this is a vid I made of myself doing some road hockey moves while(some that have probably never been seen before) while I was bored and waiting for my foot to heal. It was just something that didn't involve a whole lot of running but still got me some excersise lol, plus it was something that I wanted to try.
