ITS nature and man is evil
its very normal for snakes to vomit back what they ate. this mostly due to disturbances form human and they have no chice to escape. they have to vomit.

Still alive, sort of
Although I am not sure what animal it was this snake tried to eat, after it disgorged it, the animal blinked a few times. It's kind of hard to notice and rather subtle, unless you do a stop/start and watch carefully. I'm going to check out species of animals in Brazil next, so I'll be back. :0)

A type of oppossum
I think this is a type of oppossum. They have them in Brazil, some quite large in fact. They also have giant rats, too, and given the hairless nature of this poor creatures tail, I'd bet on either of those two possibilities. Either way, this is one cool vid. I wonder who took the picture?
