Iron Man Vs. the Dark Knight

Y'know alot of the appeal of the Iron Man was the whole Playboy-Billionaire character that RDJ pulls off brilliantly, the dialouge was fantastic for a Marvel film, I gotta say.

I didn't really like the Iron Man movie even though everybod else did. Yes, the technology and gadgets that Iron Man had were awesome, but so unrealistic. Tony Stark basically BOUGHT the suit with his wealth. Stark is nothing without the suit, Bruce Wayne is. Bruce Wayne could kick Stark's ass soo F**king bad! Its like a UFC fighter versus a skinny-ass playboy. Also, Christian Bale could easily kick Robert Downey Jr.'s ass!

well duh,lol but iron mans only ability is his suit. batman is a hand to hand combat master. the better match-up would be batman vs. captain america who are pretty equal in combat respects.

You are correct. I never doubt Batmans wits but let's be real, in a combat situation, Ironman will crush him.

stark is not smarter than wayne. dont know what would make you think that, when over half of batman's skill are his detective skills, and various other forms of knowledge.

batman and iron man are way different types of superheroes. as smart as they both are, wayne's knowledge is much more versatile than starks. outside the suit iron man would get crushed by batman surely. and even in the suit i'm sure batman would find a way to outwit him.

Movie success-wise, no matter how successful Iron Man was, the new Batman Movie has already completely sold out movie theaters all over the US, even weeks before now, and the movie isn't out till 10 days. They even added 3am show times due to the demand. That is insane. And character-wise, Batman is way smarter, richer and an actual good detective (doesn't even begin to scratch the surface)

Iron Man would beat the crap out of Batman in a 1 on 1. I doubt Bruce Wayne could outsmart Tony Stark either. As far as movies go however, Dark Knight will probably be better and make more money than Iron Man.
