He threw the cards on the window from the outside but the one card got stuck on the inside of the window...how is that possible?

the lady on the inside
is on on the trick, and sticks the card on thr glass just prior to him tossing the cards at the window.

  he forces the card...has a duplicate of it....its already on the window...thats y the camera didnt show the window in the beginning
