    sweet miracle in a while..
    anyway, people should not live where there's no conditions for them..
    and I know it's going to sound immoral but what about earth being overcrowded?! more of those children will survive, more of them will breed and more new children will need the support, then more of them will survive and so on... starvation in Africa is nature screaming: "get out of here"..
