      I've seen many versions of this footage and this is the best by far. Thanks for posting it.

      The man with the rifle and pipe is the famous George Adamson, who introduced Christian to the wild. He, unfortunately, was murdered by poachers in 1989. There is a George Adamson Trust, now, that continues his work. John Rendell (the dark haired young man in the video) is on the Board of Trustees.
