Your fuel tank will full always...
noobs !!! im in the process of building one of these for my car... hook up the hydrogen line into your air intake on the car and u save 50% gas !!! cant wait till in done... total cost = $45

By lightblade 1217832656 Reply Spam [+1] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveThey have these in development in Europe. The efficiency in converting water into its components (oxygen and hydrogen) is incredibly low. This is why electrolysis systems do not currently exist for this purpose.
In fact industry hydrogen production from electrolysis only controls 2% of the production market. The other 98% is from reforming of fossil fuels.
Europe has a similar system where they just do on site reforming of natural gas, it's WAY cheaper than splitting up water. This system works and it is not a false video, however they forget to mention the 20:1 ratio of energy in to energy out. This only really applies to isolated communities who need hydrogen for something special. Otherwise the energy obtained from renewables should just be stored in the onsite batteries and save a couple steps a good chunk of coin.
they make out all this is new and unique but its not even their special "signal" could easily be copied by any good hobbyist with a transistor and a arduino/picaxe

By bigfatpig 1217829545 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveIt's not cause a lot of people would lose their jobs that the world won't start using this technology. Times change, and as the world wakes up to the possibilities that have somewhat been "hidden" from us on purpose by large oil companies and whoever doesn't want them to see them see the light of day, it won't be possible to prevent it from happening in the long run. It won't be instantaneous, and will happen gradually, but alternate non-polluting sources of energy will be a reality. They already are in fact, but we are so much defendant on oil (for now) because of cars for one, that we can't use them yet... But if Hybrid cars are gaining in popularity, that means the world is changing so you better be ready to see things like these happen!
By TheYanster 1217816036 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveSo what will they do with all those gas station once there is no need for Gas? What about the people that manage, maintain, and operate those stations.
This is one of your biggest hurdles that you will have to overcome. Sounds like you solved the energy conversion, as long as energy remain neutral and in standard.
how muc energy in, and how much out?
As the water is converted, what becomes of the impurities that are contained in the water?
I'd like to see the figures on that too, but I know it doesn't take that much electricity to produce hydrogen like that...
As for the hard wastes left-over from the filtration process, well, I assume they would process them the same as they already do now when filtering water? The good thing however is that if they need to burn them, they can use the hydrogen they created as a fuel to do it, at no cost.
Here is the scoop kids - you can't make a gas engine run on water - this is the NUMBER 1 SCAM on the internet currently.
By fairtradeguy 1217808831 Reply Spam [-2] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removeyou can make a gas engine run on hydrogen. Which is what this video is about. Don't know how practical this would be but it looks like it may be promising. I am tempted to install a wind generator at my house and try something similar. If fuel prices keep going up we are all going to have to do .....something.
