well im sure anybody can do it if they use steroids and have the time to work out. i know i can do it but nah i like my lungs undamaged by steroids

steriods are not needed get the proper fitness programme and stick to it increasing weight and get the diet right as much protein as you can take and results will show

the army, I was stationed in germany for 3 years. I hit the gym everyday for about 3 to 4 hours a day. I worked my upper body every other day, and the lower body on the other days. Nothing else to do over there Germany but drink beer, and I don't drink. I also ran 5 miles every morning to keep my heart and lungs in shape. I was in the best shape of my life by the end of those three years.. I didn't use steroids. I was good shape. My body looked great, but I sure didn't look like these guys. A shot of steroids every so often and I'd have probably doubled in size, and been dead by now of a heart attack.
