Barack Obama voted to let these children die without medial attention. Barack Obama is a babykilling abortionist of the worse kind, even willing to murder born babies by refusing them medical care. He uses the pro-abortion refrain " they are trying to overturn Roe v Wade" as an excuse to allow children to die. Barack Obama is an evil man. It is surprising that liberal CNN would tell the truth on this, since they ignore Barack Obama's other blatant failings.
