No, they aren't dangerous to the attacker, but to the victim. Don't put your faith in these techniques, they are leaving a lot of very important things out. Such as, stepping out of the way of the 270lb guy rushing you. Can you really picture a 115 - 150lb woman slapping this guy on the head and stopping him. I don't think so. What kind of kick was that to the lower shin? Wow! People, be careful and find techniques that make sense, don't get yourself hurt using crap like this. These guys should be ashamed of themselves.

some looks like just movement without power or momentum the low kick will not have effect at all to someone who wants to fight
