They are not japanese.
The people don't look japanese. It was probably reported on japanese TV hence the japanese language. It says that it was a boy and weighed around 2050gram at birth. He was about 4 weeks old at da time. Although he drinks milk well, he only drinks once a day. what a poor kid. I wonder if he can see or hear or taste.
