I noticed the wheels didn't retract after take off. He would probably have a more stable flight if they did. None the less, that is one big RC plane. It's almost the size of a cessna!

How much something like that would cost? Very expensive to buy I bet, also expensive to run I'm sure.
Flying it in the local park I doubt would be allowed.
An absolute fantastic toy though. I would love one.

Das war schon Gigantisch, als wir den Parkplatz anfuhren, sahen wir das Modell in einer Kurve fliegen.Neben der Concorde und er Comet das beste was ich je gesehen habe.
Die Flugshow Jets over Cologne war dieses Jahr (6.+7.9.08 leider nicht so gut besetzt.Ok_ einige Weltmeister flogen sehr gut! Die Concorde und die Comet waren auch dabei! Das sind Highlights! Wie auch die Skyhawk!
Auch eine Woche davor die allgmeine Flugshow in Porz bei Köln war diesmal nicht so daß was wir aus den Vorigen Jahren kannten.
Also Rheidt bei Bonn hat diesesmal wirklich alles abgeräumt, auch an Zuschauern!

Obviously the next step is to put a radio controlled tank or humvee on there and eject it out the back on a parachute, achieve a stable touch down, cut the chute, and drive off.

very,very cool. i grew up with a dad who was an engineer for north american rockwell,in their autonetics division(30 yrs.ago),and my husband is in the aerospace industry,and was a pilot in the air force,and is always bringing home stuff on the latest planes(once they've been made public)and I really enjoy these. Thank you. I'm giving it a 5 stars. Very cool

My brother is a firefighter @ McChord AFB and we see them take off and land all the time. They have a spot near the tarmack where u can stand right under them as they take off!!!

Does anyone know if you need a permit to fly something that big?

every time when i see the plane or bird in the sky
i will reallize bat
because it's the only life-form who don't have eyes
can fly to the top of it's bent easily!
