Swedish Prone Leg Massage

Uploaded on August 07, 2008 by bodyworkdvd

Greetings Everyone,

This is a typical posterior Swedish massage leg routine. This routine should take 10-12 minutes per leg.

The back of the knee is considered an endangerment area. This means that you should avoid the area and not apply direct pressure to that area. There are several arteries and nerves that lie directly underneath the skin of that area and these could be damaged if you massaged them.

I hope you are finding these videos useful. They are a joy to create.
