    i'm pretty ignorant when it comes to building electronics so i ask that u forgive me ahead of time if i seem so. i'm looking for a rotary pulse voltage that i can create up to and just over 20,000 cycle's per sec. maybe u can advise me. thanks again

    have u ever played with that hooked up to a hho cell? I think thats the key that was found to producing a large enough amount of fule to make it feezible. but i think we need to find that range, if u find that freq range than u wont be able to make enough of pwm's. i would like to see it hooked up on a cell, and what freq range are u using or do u build to suit? what do u charge as well? thanks.
