At the end of the video it says "a song by Rabindranath Tagore". What does that mean? As far as I know Rabindranath Tagore doesn't have much to do with this song. Definitely he sang it at some point, but so did millions of others.
Both the lyrics and music were created by Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay.
This also mean that the statement "music by A.R.Rehman" is not quite justified.

how long are we gonna keep comparing ourselves to other countries. This is not a competition but a humanitarian crisis,our own brothers are at stake, shame, trauma and a life filled with wrath follows. I AM happy being an Indian, and i am not targeting national pride but iam pointing out a problem that we dont pay attention to,

compared to other countries we are doing excellent, there will be issues in every countries dont forget that
