Im surprised you miss the one where Neo and Trinity go save Morphis and the bomb explodeds in the main lobby. The elevator doors are flying threw it. Well, Pay close attention to the pillars where earlier in the fun fight seen those pillars were shot to hell. But in the explosion scene there perfectly fine. Anyways, just thought I would point that out.

ok so you're saying that they couldn't have simply photo shopped in a pair of pistols along with all the other CG animation and graphics... yea they clealry forgot about all the details while they had a hard on making a scene they know would be iconic, but I think more and more people will notice this and future generations will snicker at this a lot.

The reason the guns weren't there is because they needed to have a complete green screen for Neo to do the bull dodge, if they were there, you'd see the green reflection on the guns, and part of the a bullet dodges' effects were CGI.
