Who's to Blame for the Russian Georgian Conflict?

  • Absurd Comments!

You only convince yourself with those absurd comments. The reality is, the Russians are now violating their own agreement to withdraw their troops, calling for the removal of the Georgian government and installation of their own brand of puppet communist government. In addition, they never had any intention of simply protecting the people of the two provinces in question, they intend to take over this country, plain and simple! Actions speak louder than words! The Russians quickly acted in "annexing the two provinces in Georgia!" An illegal act, but whats illegal when you don't care what anyone else says? The Russians could care less, and the Europians and Baltic states had better look out! The Russian Bear is growling and hungry for more!!!! Mark my words, remember Chekoslavakia in 1968! The Russians are only just beginning.......

  • Georgian Conflict

Does this guy work for Pravda? He would have us stick our heads in the sand and not see what we really see. Naked aggression against a neighboring "free state," which has been recognized by the world community as a free state. What Russia wants is to take over Georgia! Nothing less! They are not abiding the terms of the cease fire, they are dismantling Georgia, one piece at time. Who runs Russia? It certainly isn't Russia's President! It's Putin (ex-KGB) and the old hardline militaristic generals. Russian actions speak louder than the commentators words, and they speak of blatant aggression against a free, independent neighboring state. The world community must act strongly, and in concert with one another to restore Georgia's sovereignty, territorial integrety, and independent integrity. All the free nations adjoining Russia are looking to events unnfolding there, i.e. Chekoslavakia, Poland, etc.
