Use the Format Painter (Brush icon) to quickly shade alternate rows in Excel. The Format Painter is a useful but underutilized feature.
atlis u would explain in Zoom, and u were too fast i need to see it again and again.to understand it. as i am not so well verse with this programmes,but i like to learn more.thans for posting it.

Fyi, the procedure shown in this video is :
colour the first row manually;
select the first and second rows;
click the format painter (brush icon); and
select the rows you wish to shade.
The rows will be shaded as desired.
