Russians killing journalists using direct fire or bombing, including cluster bombs which is banned by 100 nations.

Human Rights Watch said the bombs -- banned by 100 nations because of their record of maiming civilians, even after conflict has long finished -- were dropped over areas of Georgia, including the strategic town of Gori, killing 11.

4dead and 14 injured for now :(

cluster bombs banned?
I wouldn't say so... They should be banned but they are banned just on paper. NATO (same nations that banned that kind of weapon) dropped cluster bombs on Serbia in 1999.
