And here we have Chefgirl's only clip of Eddie on Australian TV (sometimes it pays to have relatives all over the world!) Poor exhausted Eddie was actually taken directly from the plane to the TV station for this one so he was a bit more subdued than usual, although his competitive juices got flowing during the "Buzzers of Death" round. He also came up with an excellent if unethical way of getting points for his team -- bribing the host with cash!

Margaret Smith from the US and John Maloney from the UK were also on stage for this huge, rambunctious live stage/television quiz show. If anyone knows the names of the Australian comedians, please let me know and I'll update these notes!

The whole show is a few hours long with bands and other acts taking the stage so this is just an edited piece of the three best Eddie bits.

    The Guy next to Eddie is Rod (don't remember last name)
    Eddies Team captain on the far Right is Julie Mc Crossin.
    Margaret Smith's and John Maloney's Team captain on the far Left is Mikey Robins.
    And the Host is Paul McDermmot Better known outside Australia from the now debunked Comedy trio the Doug Anthony All Stars. They never really broke into the American market due to US Television Censors. (They where a bit vulgar.)
    Poor Eddie tho, He didn't have to sacrifice those dollars, Paul regularly gives 2 points to people if the just tell him he has pretty eyes or complements his outfit.
    Only recently he gave 3 points to Reginald D Hunter for letting him feel his arse, 50 points to Amanda Palmer For Flashing her knickers in his face, and 1000 points to Ross Noble for putting a smoke machine up his trousers and making smoke signals out his fly.
    In case you can't tell I love this show :)
