A commercial on Guinness, a brand of beer in the UK. Found also in Adeaters.
The "dot" advert is way better,
This is slightly insane if you ask me :O
looks more like something you'd see after drinking absinthe back in the day. what does that have to do with Guinness?

By omurderfaceo [Affiliate User] 1206061299 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveStudies claim that Guinness can be beneficial to the heart. Researchers found that antioxidant compounds in Guinness, similar to those found in certain fruits and vegetables, are responsible for health benefits because they slow down the deposit of harmful cholesterol on the artery walls

By dddllly [Affiliate User] 1205066804 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removei cant believe the most bizzare thing i've ever seen on youtube is a guinness commercial wtf
By pmurf06 [Affiliate User] 1205008997 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removea brand of beer in the uk implies that it originates from england, scotland, wales or northern ireland. the previous comment from ryankdunne was overly zealous but correct. one reason for a response like that is possible due to the way many irish successful or popular or famous articles are soaked up as being from the uk. when these things cease to be a success or popular or whatever, then they get tagged as irish. in all honesty, this gets on my T**s too.
By flufffdaddy [Affiliate User] 1204646989 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveThis commercial is interesting... has no relevance to most beer ads... very well done... cool ad, but Guinness is Irish, my man.
By pontxomtz [Affiliate User] 1204633782 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveWhen Was There An Election Heled In Northern Ireland, On the Subject Of Independence ?
Do You Honestly Believe The British Government Would Let Such An Election Be Held ?
errrr....with no natural resources to speak of (and therefore presumably feel the need to lay claim like in the "true" colonial days) why would Britain remain in Northen ireland?....esp when it has long since relinquished sovereignty in its former "profitable colonies like Africa...Oh!..ping!..that's right because the MAJORITY of the IRISH inhabitants there CHOOSE British rule! Democracy working as it should.

By olivbajs [Affiliate User] 1203259371 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveWell, technically, since Guinness is sold in the UK, it is ok to say "a brand of beer in the UK". Anyway, perhaps anyone who gets their panties in a twist about something as trivial as as this needs to just calm down a little.
By kerystYT [Affiliate User] 1202038890 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveGuinness is an Irish beer.
The Republic of Ireland is in no way shape or form in the U.K, hence the word 'Republic'.
Harp is a northern Irish beer.
The north is part of the U.K. Although the north only exists as part of the U.K because of the British governments pathetic need for control over someone. In my opinion they should grow up and officialy end the colonial era.
Its going one for 200 years but its slowing down a little and Its not so much the English in Nothern s Ireland a it is a religious war of sorts.

By barlano [Affiliate User] 1200766131 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removeengland, scotland, wales (and some "isle of"s) = great britain
northern ireland is in the united kingdom. if you looked at a passport it would say united kingdom of great britain and northern ireland.
and whoever thought the civil war in northern ireland has only been going on for 30 years you need to read a real history book, not wikipedia.
"Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity."
The poster isn't trying to segregate anyone -- they just didn't know that Guinness is Irish. Perhaps he just meant it's *sold* in the UK, which of course it is.
Keep your pants on. If someone needs correcting, just correct them and move on.
ha this is the perfect example opf british arogance and stupidity ireland is by no way or means part of britain or the british faggy commonwelth unfortunately the north is however. oh and how can i asked dose it feel to be from a country sooooo hated
By Xenical1234 [Affiliate User] 1195044645 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removejdfan23: "Ireland is part of Britain too"...
Uhm, no actually it's not, and Northern Ireland just escaped a 30 year civil war to prove that. Have a look at wikipedia instead of browsing for commercials on youtube
Ok the beer is Irish, but Irelend is part of Britain too! Do people have to segregate everything?? Ok, i think guinness is from dublin so thats not actually in britain [nearly is] but still, you dont have to have a go at SimNation for calling it British.
By jdfan23 [Affiliate User] 1194943193 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveThe poster is an Idiot.
No knowledge of the beer being IRISH.
And no apreciation to even mention the great actor Rutger Hauer.
takes things for granted like an ass.
