This Team Fortress 2 server is running the PwnShop MOD.
In the video you can see a blue spy going in an heavily defended red area and placing a nuke one millisecond before dying. The nuke then explodes and clears the area by killing a few players and destroying the sentries.

The sound is rather off in this recording..
