There is no camera trick. They are really strong.
It's not just coordination and agility. It's strength, You do know since u lift so much that theirs many different types of strength and muscle groups right... Well he has very developed forearm and wrist strength. All powerlifters neglect this so much, sure u can squat 1000lb but you have to wear a glove or use a strap to even hold onto the weight, that type of strength is ONLY functional in the gym, congrats. Honestly he trains just as much as is as "strong" as powerlifters, just a different muscle group. strength isnt only defined by how much u can bench or squat... Forearm and hand strength is a more functional type of strength, for any sports gymnastics wrestling moving furniture.. any type of real world strength. Every time u lift, you use your hands and forearms. neglecting this as "strength" is bs. have fun with your superhuman strength that is only useable when lifting barbells w/ straps, thats superhuman :)

i already saw those videos. 6 hours lifting= roids, in normal conditions no human body can stand 6 hours of lifting (overtraining and catabolism)

I can't even bench my own weight and have trouble doing chin-ups, and yet I can do the same push-up hand-stand things they are doing in the second part. Gymnasts follow a strict diet, do lots of cardio for stamina and they are FLEXIBLE. It's a very dishonest video.
That doesn't make him "super strong", he just has very developed muscles throughout every inch of his body.
If you want to see "super-strong" then look at the monsters who spend 6 hours a day lifting weights. They can SQUAT 1,000 LBS.
agreed, just cut away the excess body weight. You don't need to be a champion lifter to do that if you only weigh 70kg
