The goalie wasn't allowed to pick up the ball.
So the player got an indirectd free-kick, which you are allowed to take fast.

The goal was correct because the goalie touched it before it went in. If he hadn't touched it the goal would have been false.

He should've kicked the ball out for a corner or just kick it out.
Unless a direct through from side line or a header, if you pass a ball back to the keeper, he can not pick it up by his hands. If he does, it's a hand ball to the keeper, which he can take a indirect free-kick
