Its ironic really,
The commercial is supposed to portray the good effects of Cialis; dealing with erectile dysfunction and basically that's getting it up when you feel like it or need it.
This commercial actually depicts one of the possible side effects of the drug, known as Priapism, an elongated erection that eventually becomes quite painful for men. This condition develops when blood in the penis becomes trapped and unable to drain.
