The economics you speak of actually did work. It was the longest and strongest economy since maybe Kennedy (he lowered taxes as well).
It is a PROVEN fact that lower taxes=higher revenue. Every time a tax increase occurs it takes 2-3 years for the effect to take hold and less than 1 year for the stabilization of one after a tax decrease.

I believe in sex education. I however don't believe it is the job of schools to hand out condoms to our teenagers. Pretty much any teenager has $.75 on them and a means to get to a gas station bathroom. I also feel that abstinance should be taught and stressed that it is the most effective way of birth control.
After the teacher shows how to put a condom on a banana, show pictures of aborted fetuses and the results of what STD's can do to you.
This method would be much more effective than having a basket of condoms by the door and telling studens to have fun, but be responsible.

There are teen pregnancies in left and right wing houses, so don't proclaim condoms and the pill are the ONLY answer. Last time I looked teen pregnancy rates are actually higher since Roe V Wade not less!!!
