    bucks will make his scrapes at night. The way I hunt them is, I hunt the scrape that they've already made. But, I set up about 50 to 75 yards down wind of the scrape. And, I get setup at least one hour before daylight. I've noticed that the bucks will bed down, down wind of the scrapes. If a doe comes in, the buck will know it. If I'm already set up there well before day light, when the buck comes in to bed, I harvest the buck. I've done this many times. I use Tinks 69 when ever I do use a scent. I never put any in a scrape, or make my own. I use the real thing. Spot one that the bucks are already using and hunt there. Making my own is taking too much of a chance on leaving sent behind.
