      first couple kicks were because the red team players keep stepping into the box before the kicker kicked the ball. that is the only reason the PK has to rbe retaken when it was a goal.

      and the reson for those safed ones to be retaken is because the fault of the white team: the goalie stepped off the line before the kicker kicked the ball.
