  It's an illusion, meant to trick your eyes, fool you. Clearly that was not real blood. How the trick is done, I have no idea, which is the great part about it, but he didn't slice his arm open and pull out a quarter.

1.when he was cutting his arm camera zoom was so close tht we cant see its his arm or something else
2.when he cuts no blood WTF if i cut with a sharp blade the blood will come out like flood

why do you think they don't show a continuous shot of his arm connected to his body, oh right because its a fake arm or fake skin on his arm. another thing, although it would be more if the cut was vertical, blood would be flowing out if he slit his skin like and skin would not look like that when sliced open. Clearly this is fake like most if not all of his work.

You can see on 0:59 and pause the video there. then carefully notice where his cheap watch is. right after the watch u will see a buldge going downward which proves that he had a fake skin over his arm unto his wrist... lol
