- Easy to spot as fake
  At 28th second, there is a jump cut in the video. Can you guess why? Because there is no "A" end connector on all cellphones so there is no way he can plug the USB cable into this phone.
  
  That and the fact you cannot use USB for video unless you install translation software on the phone.

Well, fake, but...
It's obviously fake, but I like the fact that he very lazily stripped the wire coverings with scissors, sloppily patched them together with duct tape instead of electrical tape... and I'm pretty sure you won't get video, at least not full-colour video, with one cable. And even if you get video, you'd have no audio other than the crap coming out of your phone.

With RCA cables, red usually means either right-channel audio or the red portion of an analog video setup. For full-colour video, you'd need either the yellow cable, or all three red/green/blue cables.

When you see somebody
stripping wires with a pair of scissors instead of wire strippers, you can probably bet it ain't gonna work. The USB cable has a positive, negative, and a data pair. No video out.
