i usually dont like to say fake but..
cameras in the bathroom are illegal. no matter if the stalls have doors on them or not.. where are the urinals anyways?

  You are probably correct about the video being fake; however, your statement that camera's in bathooms being illegal is awefully generalistc. Different countries, states, provinces, cities, towns, etc. each have their own laws. It is probably legal in some places and illegal on others.
