I love your video. You did a really good job. nice choice of music. You have great strength and you flow so nicely. I am truly inspired to go out and purchase a pole to work on. I know I am in no way as good of shape as you are but I'm hoping with persistance I'll get better. You're a pleasure to watch. Keep up the good work.

hey Jen, Thanks! Try not to watch whats is going by around you, keep your eye on a speciffic spot on the pole. also, you may have a bit of vertigo, Try some dramamine for motion sickness. good luck!! =)

I believe it is a free spinning pole -- if this is the case, you can gain huge momentum spinning... but just be careful you don't fly off! :) Very beautiful dancing -- graceful, wonderful... pole dancing is an art... no matter what anyone says.

Well I had the moves and tricks down rather quickly I suppose, maybe a few months or so to build my strength, but learning how to make it seem to flow took about a year before I started to really feel confident with it all. =)
