g-kinz is half right for an ass
In Fact in addition to maverick tank killing missles the a-10 is equipped with a total of 13 weapons stations for 500 pound bombs and aim -9 missles .
Also can have external mounted fuel tanks for strikes deep in enemy territories.

A-10 Bomber?
im sorry to bust you bubble but the letter A in A-10 stands for ATACK. the A-10 is a tank killer and it shoots from the 30mm gatling gun. it does not drop bombs like a B-2 or a B-52. B= Bomber A= Attack
