because the team that has the most money is the faster one and the other drivers can not show their skills.
in the champ cart montoya was a rookie champion so lets at least accept that he is a good driver.

  At least he'll be the one driving the car - not like the bio-control units they call drivers in F1 as it is now. Montoya was a god in F1 when they didn't have driving aids and traction control, and is still in the top 5 today. Say what you want, he's one of the best drivers in the world. He'll pwn NASCAR and so will Villeneuve.

what is it good for?
what's the fun in spinning around the car burning the tires wasting money over some useless stuff... in addition to all that it's polluting the air so i don't get it at all... you get to stand there smell some burnt rubber smell what's the fun in that? if they've got so much money why not do something benficial than just messing around with a car like that.
