my father was a gymnast
He is now over 50 yo, but told me that he was able to do the stuff that most of the guys are. Even though my father stopped 18 years ago (when i was born =)) he still goes to the gym with me, and believe me, they are looking very strange at him when they see the amount of weight he puts on. Believe me these guys can lift more than any pumped ox in a gym can, and can do stuff with there muscles that guys like gary coleman (spelled right ;/?) can only dream about!

  push ups, sit ups, pull ups, wide grip pull ups, and many more.
  
  Extreme ammount of stretching, and the best way is to start when your young.
  
  AND most IMPORTANTLY is having the will to do it, you can't just give up, remember, quiting doens't make you finish the race.

  Gymnastic is all about using your body weight as resistance to build superior strength and the most natural tone you can possibly have.
  I really wish i was put into a gymnastics class when i was a kid. I am sure i will put my kid in a gymnastics class at a very young age.
  To have such strength without the horrible bulky figure is almost superhuman.

  I've seen a lot of this in real life, but I am still most impressed by the sideways chin-ups... I believe that this movie shows my theory that muscle size doesn't matter, because his muscles weren't too large looking (actually quite pleasant to look at, unlike those disturbing Mr Universe people who look like there are watermelons stuck under their skin), yet he was able to keep himself practically horizontal... Many kudos to Dominic LaCasse for his dedication to the acrobatic arts ^_^

- Well, this is great...
  But there are other sports that give you muscles while keeping you small and fit... Like Soccer gives you great Leg muscles... Wreslting Gives you everything just like Gymnastics, it keeps you fit light small and ripped(In a sence) just like Gymnastics dose... Practically any sports on a mat usally give you great tone and streanth without the exstra weight... =)

  this stuff is pretty cool, but he has great upper body strenght and pathetic little legs, his arms are probably stronger than his legs. therefore his legs are very light, making it easier to do these maneuvers.
