      I look at all the dead people.. and then look at all the living people.. Ovious that smoking never killed the living poeple only the dead ones.. To Only look at the smokers who sruvive is to only see with one eye.. I see signs of suffrocation every day.. the cough.. the colds, the lethargy. They live , but what quality of life is it.. Every 40 minutes runn outside to light up.. Scrounging round in the ashtray for a butt. Hell breaks loose when there is no lighter.. Yes I am fortunate.. I hit bottom early but empysemia isnt someting Im gonna shake off like a hangover.. Im here I will talk bout it

      An afterthought: As a former heavy smoker(1~2 packs/day) for nearly 5 years, i decided to quit it and took me 1 week. If there's a will, there's a way.

      Smoking and 2nd hand smoke does kill. Peace and good health everybody.

      Unfortunately a lot of people start smoking thinking that later on, all they will need is willpower to quit... or maybe they put off quiting for years until maybe it starts affecting them... and then most fail. And they have buttheads like yourself to blame for always propogating this BS that all you need is willpower. So know this all you young non-smokers. It is hard to quit. Damn hard for most people and MOST people don't try quitting until after smoking for much more than a lousey 5 years. What makes it harder still is that it is so easy to cheat cuz cigs are everywhere and the people who have them know how it feels to be without and are always willing to lend one to a complete stranger even if they are the type who would never give a bum a quarter.

      every kid know smoking is bad for them. Most people don't start till they are in their late teens. If they want to kill themselfs who cares. There are more people born everyday then die so i don't think we are indagering the species.

    Dont Even Know You Are On... Till you try to quit.. Then its frigging a night mare.. You need it you want it.. And you must have it.. ( and its not a realy Impairing drug.. as compared to ethynol or heroin.) But its time that kills the smoker.. Some of us ( me ) ony smoked for 10 years and were forced to quit cuz of health reasons.. Others are in thier 80's and still puff.. But Ive never known a smoker who can stay with me on a project non stop..( to me non stop is 8 hours) they are always cutting out for a smoke. Live your life like that.. Always taking breaks to feed the addiction.. You as a smoker have to hang out with people who smoke.. they understand.. And the 500,000 dead each year.. ??? You cant quit.. that is the hall mark of addiction.. You smoke you are an addict like a junkie.. of sorts.. I been there .. I know.. Just email me.. Ill talk..
