Actually these days dont belive even what you see. take a slow motion or rpeat it , you will see that woman at the other room working at the monitor . Once the "fake ghost" appears you will notice that the monitor is monitoring slowly and then gose normally.

but mistakes in this one:
1. the child didn't scream (were a reflex) 2. they react exactly the same time and run into the same way in room. so: the acting looks very arranged.
