    and let's not forget that Mr Frank DeMartini died as a hero in the WTC attackes on 9/11 , while he was helping people to exit the building on fire , God rest his soul and the souls of the heroes of the airlines passengers and pilotes and crew , police and firefighters , rescue teams , employees and visitors of WTC and military personals .

    • He was essentially correct.

      Let's not forget that he was correct... the buildings EASILY withstood the impact from a plane far larger and heavier than a 707, traveliong at a far hiogher speed than was anticipated.
      The WIND LOAD on the structures on a windy day was far in excess of the energy in the impacts... although the impacts were far more focused and, therefore, destructive.


      The engineers planned for the impact energies...

      They did not plan for the effect of sustained heat... did not plan for the damage the impact might inflict on the sprinkler system, did not plan for a stairwell that could withstand the impact....

      LOTS of terrible things were NOT engineered for...

      But the planes themselves... the towers withstood those pretty impressively.

      Explosives are HEARD 7 seconds before it started to fall. Why are you guys calling us idiots and American haters? You guys want evidence? What do you call these videos? Made up bull? Our govt. made sure the physical evidence was shipped off before we could even see it. Is that not suspicious?

      Here's a fact boys and girls, OUR own govt. LET the Japanese attack pearl habor. FACT. Why is it so hard to believe our govt. let terrorists attack us, and then blow up the towers to kill innocents, so we could go along with going to war with Iraq?

        The Twin Towers were built to design parameters,
        In the late eighties and early nineties pollution
        regulations required the fire retardant asbestos
        to be removed, thus changing the fire resistance
        of the structure, fire was the cause of the failure,
        not impact, does this mean that left leaning enviromentalists took down the towers, hows that
        for a conspiracy theory.?

        • The asbestos was never removed

          It was a BILLION dollar project to replace (according to estimates made years before) and no insurance company was going to take the hit. They had already gotten several variances on it but were under pressure to get it done soon. Knowing this, why did Silverstein buy the buildings (well, effectively, with a 99 year lease) for 15 million? Good thing they fell... instead he MADE 5 BILLION on them, Good thing he thought to rewrite his insurance policies with special added clauses specifically cocering acts of terrorism just a few months before. He also owned building 7. Another funny coincidence.

              This video like many other pieces of information, discovered before and after the American attacks of 9/11 and the British attacks of the 7/7, indicate just how vulnerable we all are!! How do you fight against people who are prepared to die for what they believe. Is faith alone our weapon. One thing we should learn from the attacks is that terrorism has no prejudice, it takes the young , the old, any sex and any colour. Perhaps our only real weapons are positive understanding and progressive talking?

                when someone wants to share their opinion regarding 9/11 which conflicts with the spoon-fed belief, they get ridiculed. Is it so tough to imagine that Osama who was trained by the US against Russia, was used to conspire an attack on the relevant events, and his contribution being for just namesake, as a pretext to attack Afghanistan.
                Secondly using 9/11 as a pretext for Iraq is a joke by all means.
                Do u want to say that there is no chance at all that this could be conspired by the american administration itself to gain control over the resources of the Middle East (gas and oil).
                Why do you people have to be so naive and ignorant really beats me. How has all of this benefitted Osama. He is having bombs for breakfast, lunch and dinner since then. How has all of this helped him. Do you think a billionaire like him wudnt have planned out the outcomes of these attacks. Like he just got up and said we need to barge planes into WTC so that we live a more dangerous future with bombs all around us. Is that believeable ? He was filthy rich. Its like saying Bill Gates decided to infect the all Windows running PCs with a virus, just for heck of it. Think about it !!!!
                Go watch Loose Change for proof or Martial Law 911 both of these documentaries are posted here on MetaCafe and lets call this act of "terrorism" for what it is.
