    (I'm not kidding) In Europe we have almost all buildings made in concrete.You live in a country which has every year some major thunderstorms that can crush everything at ground zero.Why keeping to build houses with wood?
    BTW: obviously, even if this restaurant was made of concrete nothing may have changed: no earth under it.
