    That is well-made video, about the Bill Gates pie in the face segment, I mean it's not that it was a horrific evil assault against one of the "greatest philanthropists the world has known" but that was a pretty hard throw (actually it was more of a slam) and horrific evil assault against ANYONE. Honestly Bill Gates himself is pretty frugal, it was his wife that got him started on becoming more of a philanthropist. But I will definitely give him credit for all of the donations that he has made. I hope in future there are many more people who are willing to donate like him (including myself).

    You people obviously don't know the whole story.
    Bill Gates is a MULTI BILLIONAIRE.
    To donate 1 Million dollars is the equivalent of someone making $40,000 a year donating $40, except, Bill gets to write all that off on his taxes.
    Plus, the donation generates massive amounts of free advertising and kudos for him and his company, so you fools will buy into Microsoft software.
    Their company (like many companies) was founded on lies and ruses, and to this day, they are STILL stealing ideas from the little guy. They take these ideas and turn them into their "own" ideas, yet generating millions in profit -- the little guy gets none of that. Doesn't sound like a true philanthropist to me.

    If Bill genuinely was philanthropic, he would live the life of the common man, and donate the rest to charity.

      Why does Bill Gates have to live the life of a "common man" and what is a "common man" for that matter? WHY does he have to donate ALL of his money and keep only what he needs? Maybe what you meant was he should keep enough money for himself to live comfortably without squandering it on things such as yachts. I believe that he should be able to spend the money in whatever ways he chooses because he was the one that made that money. Of course it would be great if he donated enormous lump sums of money (and he does donate more than 1 million dollars it's more along the lines of a few hundred million) but he definitely has the right to choose where that money should go and how it should be spent. Also, they were taken to court and they paid their dues. So far there is no news of anymore issues regarding the monopolizing of programs. Regardless of whether or not they "took" or "stole" ideas from the "little guy" if that little guy decides not to take action then perhaps he never had the rights to the idea or (as unfortunate as it is) it's his fault for not doing something about it.
