Someone who became the youngest-ever editor of the Harvard Law Review is 'smart'. On the other hand, someone who graduated 894th in a class of 899 might not be considered 'smart'. Someone else who took six years at 5 different colleges to get a journalism degree, and can't name a single Supreme Court decision a couple of months into her vice-presidential campaign also might be considered less 'smart'.

First of all, there will be no 'redistribution of wealth' under Obama, never happen. And even if it did, you don't have any wealth to 'redistribute'. If you did, you would be screaming about your porfolio of investments that is now worthless due to the RepubliKans removal of bank regulations so that Richard Fuld could get salary and bonuses of FIVE HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS while Lehman brothers went into the toilet.
