    Torture is happening every where in the world. Fox picked up Saddam's torture to justify the invasion of Iraq for the sake of Oil. I have no sympathy for Saddam nor his brutal regime. What makes me mad is using clips like these so American boys will join the army and die in iraq for the sake of Oil. Pretty Sad!

      Why would America go after oil in the Middle East when all we have to do is shoot Chavez and take his or Mexico’s for that matter? They both have plenty of oil and they're just across the Gulf of Mexico. And look at all the natural gas in Bolivia. Also, if what we really wanted was oil, we would have just lifted the sanctions and did free trade with Saddam and that would have only cost the price of open market. But I guess you’re right, I think it would make much more sense to go halfway around the world and spend millions if not billions of dollars in military equipment and risk the lives of hundredths of American soldiers. It just sounds like you’re looking for a debate.

    Since the end of the first phase of hostilities, the US awarded billions of dollars of construction and oil work contracts to US companies, no othe r nationality of corporation was used. Dick Cheney is on the board of the company that got the most contracts, that seems fair.

    If the US went into Iraq just to get rid of Saddam then this is against international law, which is why the WMD story had to fabricated.

    Recently, a prosecution was brought against Fox News for broadcasting a story that they knew was false, turns out in the US, a news program can tell lies and say it is a true news story and its perfectly legal. Wouldn't happen on the BBC.
