This will teach you how to make a macro. You start out by download the program from http://www.shortkeys.com/download.htm You can pick any server you want, it dosen't matter. Once you have it downloaded, open it op and click add new short key. In this demonstration, I use "L" and the button I will press to activate the key pattern. The pattern I want to be pressed is "Hello, How Are you?" When I press "L" once, "Hello, How Are you?" just pops up once, when I hold it down, the program presses the pattern over and over again. Like this:
