Prevent illness, infections and just plain disgustingness by properly washing your hands after using the bathroom. You do you say? Watch closely. It's not so much that you do, it's HOW you do it.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend the following steps for hand washing:

--Wash your hands with hot running water and soap. Children should use warm running water.
--Rub your hands together for at least 20 seconds.
--Pay special attention to your wrists, the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your fingernails.
--Leave the water running while you dry your hands on a paper towel.
--Use the paper towel as a barrier between the faucet and your clean hands when you turn off the water.

    I always use paper towel to open door, whats the point of washing your hands and then grabing a door handle that 50,000 people have used before you that didnt bother to wash, cannot imagine the germs on those doors, the best public restrooms are the ones confgure the entrance way so there is no door to deal with.

      koolsculptz, I'm glad to see you have good sense. I don't care what the others say. They can touch the the door knob, faucet, etc that many others with dirty hands who wiped their asses with, touched their penises, picked their noses, etc. It's their hands. Let them eat E. coli!!!! hahahahah

    the man has a point ! Iv seen first hand how the genral public can be very dirty, after spending some time in retail auto at a shop and having to clean the customer restrooms Damn ! it was nasty so yeah you can never be to careful.

      thank you. Ask ANY heaklth care professional, like a nurse, doctor, etc. and they would agree with me. Except-- they would tell you to scrub your hands longer than 30 seconds.....

  • In Islam it is different

    I went to some western countries and I surprised how they finish quickly!!
    most of them dont even wash thier hands after finishing
    and that helps to spread of contagious diseases

    in Islam we MUST clean our self well
    because of that there r some disease r very little in islamic countries comparing to western

    my talk may bother some of u but sorry thats the truth
